WELCOME TO THE 5th ANNUAL DR. GOOD HALLOWEEN COLLAB!

@Rannitx and I are back with Dr. Good's Operating Theatre 2023! An animation collab open to anyone on Newgrounds.

Requirements

- Newgrounds Users Only

- Horror/Horror-Comedy/Halloween related shorts only. (Weird, creepy, and gross animations are encouraged!)

Length: 10-90 seconds long. If you want to make something longer please let me know.
