This contest will have a CASH PRIZE.

What is a One-Shot? A One-Shot is a self contained story that delivers a complete narrative within a single comic.

Yes, we expect an ending!

Step 1. Make a badass comic.

Step 2. Post your badass comic on Newgrounds.

Step 3. Link us your badass comic here. (We will start accepting entries February 1st - April 1st)

• MUST HAVE A NEWGROUNDS ACCOUNT TO ENTER.

• NO AI ART.

• ONE-SHOT COMICS ONLY.

• ORIGINAL COMICS/CHARACTERS ONLY.

• ENGLISH ONLY. (sorry we're dumb!)

• NO PORN.

• ONE ENTRY PER USER.

• 15 PAGE MAX.

M-rating is okay. (No porn but you can do anything else)

Traditional and Scrolling format is accepted.

Any Genre is fine!

Prize

The goal is to split the money between 1st (50%), 2nd (30%), and 3rd (20%) place price winners.  

You can donate toward the prize pool using the Newgrounds Supporter Donation System but you MUST NOTIFY @TomFulp or @Dannygoodshirt when you donate.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Art: Style and how well it compliments the story.

Composition: Clear readability, overall flow, and effective paneling.  

Story: Creativity, engaging characters, memorability, and complete narrative arc.
