So quick question, If I were to make a 15-page comic but separate it across different posts. Would that count as a submission? or should I find a way to compress it all into one post?

Might participate, is cover art part of the page count or is it separate? And does "original characters" mean they need to be entirely new and never-before-seen, or does it just mean your own OC?
