Im not the biggest expert on animated GIFs, but pretty sure having them at 24fps and 1080P will result in massive filesizes and horrible playback.

We can use adobe encoder to turn mp4s to gifs

So either gif and audio separate - OR - mp4 or fla with audio together or separate.

@DannyGoodShirt I was thinking of doing Scribblenauts, and if not that, Brain Age. Also, while I was a huge DS user, I mostly only played licensed third-party games. Would those count too, or is this only for original DS properties?
Scribblenauts is taken. You can have Brain Age.
We allow ports but no DSi or 3DS games.
Is there a minimum length for animations?
No but I recommend nothing under 4-5 seconds it needs to look good as a Loop, but do as you wish
